Florsheim returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept any merchandise back that has visible signs of wear and tear, and must be returned in the original packaging. To determine if shoes are a correct fit, we recommend trying them on carpeted surfaces to avoid visible wear to the sole.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your footwear or accessory for a different product, please ship it back to Florsheim P.O. Box 2511, Honeydew, 2040 , South Africa together with a returns form indicating the alternate item(s) that you prefer. Please note the new size, colour, or style. Florsheim will pay to reship your exchanged item to you.
Refunds: If you meet the return policy requirements, you will then be credited the amount of the shoes back to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Florsheim stockists cannot accept returns of merchandise purchased from <a href='http://florsheim.co.za'>florsheim.co.za</a>.
For your protection, we recommend obtaining a tracking number and/or insurance from the Post Office, or whatever means you choose to return your merchandise.
