Florsheim Online is confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, you are able to return your purchase within 30 days of the order date.
For any reduced items, you are able to return for exchange only.
The shoes must not show any visible signs of wear and should be returned in the original packaging.
Online purchases are not able to be returned or exchanged in any Florsheim Stockist, except for Florsheim Retail in the Carlton Centre, Jhb, South Africa Florsheim will not take responsibility for returned items not received if registered post is not used.

The customer is responsible for all associated costs to return items to us (unless faulty).
For exchange, Florsheim Online will not charge for a second delivery.
Refunds will automatically be processed back onto the credit card used to make the original purchase.
Please allow 14 days for exchanges or refunds to be processed.
